Prawn, Feta and Semi-dried Tomato Pizza

A topping of baby rocket adds color and a slight peppery bite to this prawn pizza.

  • 1 x 440g pkt pizza base with tomato sauce
  • 20g baby rocket leaves
  • 250g semi-dried tomatoes with Greek feta mix, drained on paper towel
  • 12 peeled green prawns


    1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the pizza base on a baking tray. Top with the semi-dried tomato mixture and prawns.
    2. Bake for 15 minutes or until prawns change colour. Top with rocket to serve.
