- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 package cheese tortellini (27 oz. per package, refrigerated) salt
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz. per jar)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425° F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Once it boils, add tortellini. Cook according to package directions until tender, typically 7-9 minutes.
Drain tortellini in a sieve and return them to pot. Add marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
Pour tortellini mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over top.
Bake tortellini on middle rack of oven until cheese is melted and dish gently bubbles at edges, 11-13 minutes.
Check to see that tortellini are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
