With this easy recipe for overnight oatmeal, all it takes is five minutes before you go to bed to have a healthy breakfast ready to go in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk or vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup any fruit
Instructions
In a jar or another container with a lid, whisk together milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
In the morning, stir in your favorite fruit and enjoy.
