    Instructions
    1. In a double boiler, using a low heat, slowly melt the chocolate chips, stirring occasionally.
    2. While the chocolate is melting crush the nuts using a mortar and pestle.
    3. When the chocolate is completely melted remove it from the heat and add in the butter. Mix until combined.
    4. Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Preparing the Pot
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. While the oven is heating up prepare the pots for the brownies. Remember to remove any stickers on the pots, and to clean them thoroughly before using.
    3. Trace the bottom circle of the pot on a parchment paper and cut them to shape to line inside the pots.
    4. Line two or three more parchment paper circles inside each pot to cover the inside completely.
    5. Once all pots are lined and ready, scoop the brownie batter into each, allowing some room at the top for the expansion of the brownie.
    6. Place the terracotta pots onto a cookie sheet and place it into the oven on the middle rack.
    7. Bake for 25 minutes.
    8. Let the pots cool for 10 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
