    1. Combine 3 cups of all purpose flour in a bowl along with 2 teaspoons each of salt and baking powder. You can also use a food processor and pulse.
    2. Cut the cold butter to pieces.
    3. Put the butter in the mixture and combine them just right, until the there are no more butter larger than a pea.
    4. Slowly add the 3/4 cups of water while mixing it until it comes together.
    5. Knead the dough for about a minute until smooth.
    6. Put in a bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
    7. Begin medium heating a non-stick pan.
    8. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, and roll each flat as thin as you can.
    9. Carefully put it on the skillet, and let one side cook for about 30-45 seconds until it starts to have brown spots.
    10. Turn over to cook the other side.
    11. Once cooked, place your tortillas between some towels to keep it warm.
