    1. Preheat your oven to 175C (350F).
    2. Beat the flour, baking soda and baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Optionally, add a pinch of salt.
    3. In a separate bowl, beat the , eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil together
    4. Mash the bananas and stir them into the egg mixture. Add into the flour mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries,
    5. Add mixture to muffin tray and cook for around 15 minutes.
    6. To make a bread rather than muffins, pour everything into a pre-greased loaf pan. Cook for approximately 60 minutes.
    Recipe Notes

    If you have opted to make bread, let your loaf cool for couple of hours before removing it from the pan. Your muffins or bread will keep fresh for a few days in an airtight container. In warm weather, store in the refrigerator.
