    Instructions
    The Waffles
    1. Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Hollow the centre ready for wet ingredients
    2. Separate egg yolks from whites adding the yolks to the dry ingredient bowl and the whites to a medium mixing bowl. Beat whites until fairly stiff and set aside.
    3. Melt the butter and set aside
    4. Start blending the yolks with the dry ingredients and then slowly add the almond milk and finally the melted butter. You will need to adjust the volume of almond milk according to the flour you use. Think pancake consistency or a touch wetter.
    The Topping
    1. Whip the cream until stiff. You may want to add 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar.
    2. Place fresh or frozen berries in a serving bowl and microwave on high for two minutes. Stir so that some of the fruit breaks up, freeing the juices.
    Cook and Serve
    1. Waffles are best eaten immediately after cooking so they tend to be a bit of a serial meal. The good news is that they cook very quickly. Get three or four cooked before you start serving and then just keep up with demand :)
